07:57 AM ET 01.08 | A little over a month before pitchers and catchers report, Grady Sizemore is in no rush to sign. Sizemore, 30, underwent microfracture surgery on his right knee in September, and does not want to commit to a team until he is ready to play again, according to his agent, Joe Urbon. "It could be Opening Day. It could be midseason," Urbon said. "Midseason is more likely." Urbon said that a number of teams have expressed interest in Sizemore, and that some have offered to sign him and allow him to rehabilitate at his own pace. Sizemore, however, felt like he tried to rush back last season to fulfill his one-year, $5 million free-agent contract with the Cleveland Indians. As it turned out, he did not play a single game.

My Grandson has a toy similar to Sizemore, it's always broken! I asked him if his toys are on steroids and he told me he's going to tell his mother on me because, I said a bad word!

I think he should rush to sign with somebody. It's only a matter of time before he get injured again, falling down the stairs, closing his hand in the car door, bit by his dog, etc. The guy is a walking injury report.

It he has anything left in the tank it should be a no brainer for Sixemore since the Tribe has been loyal and patience with him.

You can say that again. I had no idea why the Indians offered him $5m last year.

Regardless, he will never be the 30-30 threat he was five years ago. Hell, the ****ing guy hasn't stolen a base in three calendar years.

It's a damn shame. He was my favorite player and durable - before everything started breaking down, he averaged 160 games a season for four years. He had the longest active streak of consecutive games, too.

BINGO,,,

This clown's days of big time potential have run out. Many of us Tribe fans were screaming to not resign him last year and it turns out we were right. Due to his injuries and now age, his stats have continued to decline. Any club that picks up this chump is pi$$ing their money down the drain.
