04:25 PM ET 01.08 | Quarterback Devin Burns will transfer out of Maryland, according to Terrapin Times and InsideMDSports' Jakob Engelke. The sophomore was just one of a host of Maryland quarterbacks that suffered season ending injuries this past year, which ended with linebacker Shawn Petty going under center as an emergency quarterback. Burns, C.J. Brown, Perry Hills, and Caleb Rowe all suffered season ending injuries in 2012, a season in which the Terps' 4-8 record almost seems impressive considering the circumstances.
