03:45 PM ET 01.11 | Ken Whisenhunt is set to interview with the San Diego Chargers for their head coaching vacancy this Saturday, according to Kevin Acee of the San Diego Union-Tribune. Former Chicago Bears head coach Lovie Smith will reportedly speak with the Chargers a day before Whisenhunt does the same. The ex-Arizona Cardinals head coach was also reportedly a top candidate for the Cleveland Browns head coaching job, but that was before Cleveland hired former Carolina Panthers offensive coordinator Rob Chudzinski on Thursday.

If San Diego wanted the results they will get with Whisenhunt, they could have kept Norv Turner.

I'm kind of surprised they haven't lined up Bruce Arians for an interview yet.
