03:43 PM ET 01.11 | Rob Chudzinski was born in Ohio and grew up a Cleveland Browns fan. So it was easy to say yes when Browns owner Jimmy Haslam and CEO Joe Banner asked Chudzinski to be the team's new head over dinner this week. "The tradition of this franchise is such that the people here want a winner," Chudzinski said during his introductory press conference Friday. "I would not miss this for the world to bring a winner back to Cleveland."

But the Steelers need to turn over their aging but still very good roster. The Ravens have to fill the hole left by Ray Lewis and soon Ed Reed. Dalton did not build on last season. They with a little tweaking (and a QB) be a player in this division

I was a bit wary at first, but the more I read and heard the better I like the hire. Jimmy and Joe did not rush or panic, they went out did what they said they were going to do, get the HC they felt was best for the team and city. Chud has the passion for both the team and city, he has the young enthusiastic attitude they were looking for. He has the NFL petigree and a great offensive mind. We will see about the leadership skills as things move along.
The thing I like best is how he adjusts his scheme to the talent not visa versa. He improved that diva Newton and kept Steve Smith pretty happy, not an easy thing dealing with those two personalities. Norv would be a good OC and I hope that Jauron is kept but fear he is gone. I hope they stay with the 4-3 because our personnel that we have been collecting the last few years are for a 4-3 not 3-4. That would add unecessary stress trying to convert back to and also waste some of the good young talent that we have aquired on defense. So here is to a new hope, I do think it is better than the last 4.
