A report by CSN Bay Area indicates that the Maloofs have a handshake deal with Chris Hansen's group to sell the team for $525 million. As part of the deal, the Maloofs would have no say in the new franchise, according to the report. However, we all know that the Maloofs have a history of going back on handshake arrangements.
