09:35 AM ET 01.13 | Jay Gruden could emerge for the Chargers head coaching job. Why is that? New general manager Tom Telesco is said to hold Gruden in high regard. Telesco got to know about Gruden last year when Gruden was a candidate for the Colts head coaching job. The Colts, remember, offered Gruden the job that went to Chuck Pagano, and Gruden said no thanks.

Well, the first order of business would be to fix Philip Rivers' turnover problems.

Hire an experienced guy who has worked with a Super Bowl winning Quarterback, there's a few guys around who might be able to do something with this Team!

Glad it isn't Andy Reid and not a fan of Wisenhut, other than that I'm good with the interviewees so far.

Well if his non mobile self had an o-line to block for him and a decent RB, I'm sure his turnovers would decrease.

If Atlanta chokes this game, who is going to throw their hat in the ring for that coaching job?

January 13, 2013  04:27 PM ET

Not an issue. My team choked instead. I will be in a dark cave drinking whiskey and sobbing like a baby if anyone needs me.

Jon Gruden was fired TWICE and his brother Jay is way too green. Stay away from ALL Grudens. Chargers have been looking at MUCH better people than this. Good God. I hope this is a rumor.
