It's becoming clear that Loria is the worst owner of a pro team in the USA. He totally ripped off the Dade County taxpayers, he micromanages an entity in which he has no expertise and little experience or knowledge, and now we learn that he plays the blame game as well.

If I were Dade County, I'd try to seize the team via eminent domain.
