Jaromir Jagr has extra motivation with Stars

11:16 AM ET 01.13 | Jaromir Jagr skated for the first time with his new teammates Saturday. The 40-year-old superstar, who signed a one-year deal with the Stars for $4.55 million in the summer, has been playing in the Czech Republic. He will be a big part of the team as the Stars try to break a four-year playoff drought. A couple of outtakes from his meeting with the media: "When I decided to sign here they were interested, they wanted me here," he said. "At the end of my career I just want to be some place where the team wants me. On the other side, it's extra motivation to prove to the people that they made the right choice." Jagr played for Kladno (the team he owns) during the NHL lockout. He tallied 57 points (24G, 33A) and was plus-22 in 34 games.
