[Center] Joakim Noah says he believes his teammates need to start trusting one other more and getting ready mentally for every game, not just the bigger ones. "I think it's OK to be wrapped up in big wins," Noah said. "I think you're supposed to be happy after you win, but I think that when it's the big game we come ready to play. I think we have to make a conscious effort as players and as coaches -- everybody. I feel like we complain way too much. When things aren't going our way we have to find a way to stick together more. It's just too negative."

A lot of teams feel that way too that's why there is no consistency. Don't look at the opponents' record. Any team can beat any other team on any given day. Ask the Wizards and Hornets about it. They've beaten good teams.

The regular season is way too long. Of course the players get bored and blow some games. The league needs to look into shortening the season and maybe and making it up in playoff games... so the revenue level stays intact or better... some of the games are just useless. I mean Kings vrs Heat is like US and Tunisia... if y're Lebron how do you motivate yourself to play in these type of games.
