07:51 AM ET 01.15 | While it remains to be seen who will be under center, the Jets are interviewing to land an offensive play-caller. The Daily News first reported that the Jets interviewed Cam Cameron for their vacant offensive coordinator job on Monday. Cameron, who was fired by the Ravens last month, is at least the second candidate interviewed. ... Stanford offensive coordinator Pep Hamilton will interview on Tuesday, according to a source. The News has also learned that the Jets are interested in former Browns head coach Pat Shurmur, but they haven't scheduled an interview yet. Bengals assistant Hue Jackson, who coached one season with Rex Ryan in Baltimore, is also on the radar.

Obsessive-Compulsive?

January 15, 2013  08:47 AM ET

Rex just can't resist taking the 'all you can eat buffet style' approach to interviewing OC's. He's going to interview everyone.

January 15, 2013  08:58 AM ET

The OC list is swelling like Rex Ryan's feet after a long day on the practice field.

Bigger issue is the cap constraints. They need to get bet and cut 20mm - with Sanchez and ryan on board. tough job. Someone (including me) would take it - $$$$ but tough to succeed

I heard Brian Billick talk about how the hiring of coaches has changed. It used to be they would call you up and ask you a few questions, nowdays they fly a coach to their facilities in the corporate jet, have them sit before a panel of at least a half a dozen people for your interview, they hire a firm that investigates your family and your past legal problems.

The OC might find himself at the front of the line for the HC job when Rex gets canned.

Rex likes Toes let him be.

I have a friend who likes womens feet. It is the first thing he notices about them, he regularly compliments women on the beauty of their feet, some look at him strangely other women take it as a sincere compliment.
