02:05 PM ET 01.15 | ter hearing Darren Smith talk yesterday about Adam Schefter being the guy that always breaks news dealing with the Broncos and Redskins, I thought "He'll probably be the one to break the Mike McCoy story if the San Diego Chargers end up hiring him." Welp. There are other reports out there that the Chargers have also informed their other candidates that they're hiring McCoy, so this is a pretty much a done deal at this point.

It's going to happen sooner or later. You can't have a fragile QB in the NFL and RGIII is fragile. Cousins will play at least half of the snaps next year and in 2014 will be the #1 guy. We won't even be talking about RGIII in 2015.
