Didn't feel the hit?

People that get hit by trains usually don't feel it. I think.

He didn't say anything until now because he just woke up.

I can understand the guy wanting to NOT be known as the guy that Clowney totally unloaded on. He may even be somewhat correct in saying the hit looked more ferocious than it actually was. But I can't take him seriously in saying that he didn't really feel it.

Every time I saw the replay I kept thinking of Smokey in Friday standing over him saying "you just got knocked the **** out!"

I've heard about this. When something very traumatic happens to a person, they black it out and don't remember it.

I've blacked out almost every year from 1993 until 2009. So, I don't remember those years, either!!

He was covered in pads from head to toe. He really might not have felt it.

That is great hit but not on the Clowney hit level. No forced fumble that is calmly palmed. No Helmet flying ten feet. That fumble changed the game as well.
