05:19 PM ET 01.16 | Though the Eagles would need him to restructure his contract, Michael Vick seems to be the best available quarterback for Chip Kelly -- as of right now. Vick certainly has the mobility that Kelly seems to value in a quarterback, but Vick's inability to stay on the field has certainly has hampered his perceived value. Is Vick the perfect Chip Kelly quarterback? No, not by any means. But Vick provides Kelly a quarterback who is mobile with a strong arm -- qualities that Foles lacks. If Vick stays in Philadelphia next season, he won't be earning all $15.5 million dollars. Still, Eagles fans shouldn't be surprised if Vick is the team's signal caller once again.

He actually could be a good fit but the REAL issue is the O-line more than Vick...if they cant sure up that line then that quick throw system could be very beneficial

I agree!!! Foles came from Zona in the 12 PAC and he can run the ball, besides, Foles is a much better passer than Vick!!!

I think from observing I can say that Foles might be able to drop back and throw the ball farther, but Vick has much more velocity and rotation on the football once he releases it. So I think it depends on what you're basis of strongest arm entails.
