05:25 PM ET 01.16 | NFL.com's Ian Rapoport reported Tuesday night that the Cardinals have requested permission to speak to Indianapolis Colts offensive coordinator Bruce Arians, according to a source informed of their plans. Arians was beaten out for the Bears job by Montreal Alouettes coach Marc Trestman on Tuesday night. Arians is a fine candidate, but this is not an encouraging sign for Cardinals fans or Cardinals defensive coordinator Ray Horton. The team also set up an interview with Seattle Seahawks offensive coordinator Darrell Bevell, according to Rapoport.
