Got to be a tough job in Carolina, is The Quarterback Coachable?

Just don't hire a West Coast OC like Shurmur. The Cats need the read option and to keep this offense vertical. The safe move is with Shula; the bold move is with Hue Jackson. If Rivera doesn't have at least a 9-7 record in 2013, he's canned. Therefore, this is an important move.
