UFC's Marc Ratner imposes new rules

04:56 PM ET 01.17 | Marc Ratner, the UFC Vice President of Regulatory Affairs, says all UFC fighters will now be tested for performance-enhancing drugs at international events. Also, fight-night bonuses won't be paid out until the drug test results come back. The rules changes will be in effect for this Saturday's UFC on FX 7 which is headlined by Vitor Belfort vs. Michael Bisping.
