05:58 PM ET 01.19 | New Jacksonville Jaguars head coach Gus Bradley made his first move on the job, hiring Miami Hurricanes offensive coordinator Jedd Fisch to run the offense in Jacksonville. Miami's offenses under Fisch may not have scored the most points in the country, but they were very efficient, and the Jaguars need all the help they can get on that side of the ball. What remains to be seen is whether Bradley and Fisch will stick with Blaine Gabbert at quarterback, or get a guy of their own for the job.
