02:22 PM ET 01.22 | Former Michigan football coach Lloyd Carr and Georgia Tech basketball coach Bobby Cremins have been added to the NCAA's Infractions Committee. Carr, Cremins, and six other individuals have been added to help the committee handle more cases, and hopefully speed up the time it takes for the NCAA to conduct an investigation. The committee has grown from 10 to 18 members, and is authorized to go up to 24 members if necessary.
