05:40 PM ET 01.22 | According to RealGM, the Brooklyn Nets are still eyeing Dwight Howard, as Billy King has been carefully monitoring the situation in LA in order to get the piece he thinks can get the Nets to the NBA Finals. King had hoped to put together a three-team deal with Howard coming to Brooklyn, Brook Lopez going to Minnesota and Kevin Love going to L.A. before Love's latest injury made that an impossibility. The Nets, however, vehemently denied the report, telling Nets DailyLakers would be willing to give up Howard if the right deal was presented to them, considering Howard's poor fit with the rest of their roster.

"The Nets, however vehemently denied the report." Says it all. Not sexy, but the truth. I don't see why the Nets, who are something like 9 of their last 10, would be considering this.

QUOTE(#4):

It's the same problem Orlando had. You have to send Howard somewhere that he wants to go if you want him to re-sign this summer. Therefore his value is only to a team he wants to be on since anywhere else he could leave.

Jayz are you kidding? Howard....pleeeeeee-ase!!! Muscle man belongs in wrestling!!!!
