03:36 PM ET 01.23 | After being accused of sexual assault in a hotel by a woman following an NFC Divisional playoff game against the Green Bay Packers, San Francisco 49ers wide receiver Michael Crabtree declared his innocence. His word is looking good at the moment. According to the San Francisco Chronicle, the accuser's claims are starting to look shaky at best. Two of the woman's friends have told the police that Crabtree did not sexually assault her at a party on the night in question, Jan. 12.

If she signed a sworn statement to the police, she should be arrested for perjury and sent to prison.

You probably should refresh yourself on just what perjury is before making any further comments along these lines. Or not, and just continue to appear ignorant.

He does have to stay away from Skankville Junction though, bit dicey there.

The case has been thrown out by the police because there are witnesses that claim Crabtree did not abuse this woman. The police have also said that the woman has no evidence to corroborate her story that sexual molestation took place . The police have said that unless further evidence were to come forward that Mr. Crabtree should be presumed innocent.

Is that the place where the three girls are swimming in the water tower? And why the city sees all the men suddenly drinking water 'cause it 'taste better than beer'.

By definition, to be convicted of perjury one must have had the intention (mens rea) to commit the act of lying, and to have actually lied (actus reus). By making an inaccurate sworn statement to the police she did just that.

Are you sure it isn't you who appears to be not only ignorant but is also suffering from anger issues?

Crabtree is Guilty of being an oustanding young receiver who is getting better by the year!
