08:01 AM ET 01.24 | Chris Bosh understands that even on his best nights, such as the double-double against his former team, he can be overshadowed by LeBron James and Dwyane Wade. That's why Bosh insisted after Wednesday's game that he won't sweat the results when the league announces the seven reserves who were chosen by coaches to join James, Wade, Rajon Rondo, Carmelo Anthony and Kevin Garnett on the East team at next month's All-Star game in Houston. In fact, he says he won't even watch the national telecast when the reserves are revealed. ... [Bosh's] candidacy seems to be a complicated case. While he's shooting a career-best 54.3 percent from the field, Bosh's 7.2 rebounding average and 33 minutes a game are both the lowest of his career.

Bosh doesn't care to be noticed...

Let's get the one with the terrified baby. That just cracks me up everytime. The coffee this morning just isn't clearing the fog. I need a Bosh-baby lift.

Bosh knows he'll never be voted in again for the rest of his career...he's happy just riding it out and chilling in South Beach....

Hmm,

He will get in again but it is very rare for three players from the same team to make it. Stern also changed the rules so 3 forwards/C are voted in from the starting lineup. So he is fighting the popularity votes with the other F/C's. The All-star game is a popularity vote. I mean the Lakers have a losing record and have two players starting. Celtics .500 ball and two starters KG and Rondo.

The All Star game is a popularity contest. I guess Chris Bosh is not too popular with the fans..........

Which is a bit unfortunate.....particulary since he's playing quite a bit better than Garnett.
