08:12 AM ET 01.25 | Gary Harris knew the day would come. [Harris] decided to come to Michigan State to play college basketball rather than stay closer to home and attend Indiana. The decision from the Fishers, Ind. native didn't go over well with some Hoosiers fans. Harris was subsequently named Indiana's Mr. Basketball after his senior season at Hamilton Southeastern High School over his friend, Indiana-bound guard Yogi Ferrell, and received backlash for that as well. "People call me 'traitor' and all that stuff," Harris said Thursday. So Harris can imagine what the reaction will be when he takes the court at Assembly Hall on Sunday. ... "They're going to be on me like crazy," Harris said of Indiana fans. "I already know I'm going to be ready for it."

Just keep your focus in the IU team and you won't have to worry about the fans.

That's right traitor, you'll be hearing from us! Assembly Hall will be rockin in way you've never had to deal with. I hope you don't score a point! Beyond all that mayhem though, most of us realize you made a choice for you and wish you the best (but still hope you go scoreless against us). We would have loved to have you!

Luke Recker. For those who don't remember, he transfered from Indiana to Iowa and went back to Assembly Hall as a senior when Iowa and Indiana were both on top of the Big Ten. The fans booed him every time he touched the ball. The result? 8 points in a blowout loss 79-51.

Harris is a freshman. History says he's going to get destroyed.
