07:31 PM ET 01.25 | Linebacker and defensive end Aaron Maybin tweeted through his personal twitter account that he has signed with the Cincinnati Bengals. Maybin, a former No. 11 overall selection during the 2009 NFL Draft out of Penn State by the Buffalo Bills, played the last two years with the New York Jets before he was released in mid-November of 2012. Considered a bust by most definitions, Maybin only generated six quarterback sacks in four seasons, all during the 2011 season, his first with the New York Jets. ESPN NFL Insider Adam Schefter also tweeted that the Bengals have signed Maybin.

Buffalo originally drafted Maybin, but The Bengals busted with Keith Rivers!!! The draft players that should not have even been drafted they are not considered a bust that's just failure one their part!
