Jay Ratliff had blood alcohol level twice legal limit

03:06 PM ET 01.28 | After Dallas Cowboys defensive tackle Jay Ratliff was pulled over for driving while intoxicated in the early-morning hours on Jan. 22, a blood test revealed Ratliff's blood alcohol level to be 0.16, according to ESPN Dallas's Tim MacMahon. The legal limit for blood alcohol content is 0.08.

He was going to put the alcohol in his gas tank, but his gas tank was full, so not to waste gas your honor!
