09:27 PM ET 01.28 | The NFC defeated the AFC 65 - 32 in the annual NFL Pro Bowl on Sunday, and it was three players from a 7-9 NFC team who provided a good portion of the NFC's big plays. The Tampa Bay Buccaneers were represented well at the Pro Bowl, as Vincent Jackson, Doug Martin, and Gerald McCoy all made their presences felt in the yearly all-star game. Vincent Jackson was the first player for the NFC to score, connecting on a 36-yard pass from Drew Brees. He would add another touchdown later on, as Russell Wilson would find him for a score. Jackson finished with six catches for 91 yards and two scores, and was barely beat out for MVP honors by Minnesota's Kyle Rudolph. Doug Martin, like Jackson, received a touchdown pass from Wilson and wound up with 48 yards from scrimmage in more limited action. McCoy was a mainstay on the NFC defense, chipping in with a tackle for loss and a fumble recovery.

What, no one wants to talk about representatives from a terrible team contributing in a meaningless game? *crickets*

(That said, Martin and V-Jax are the real deal. It's too bad they're stuck in TB)

They've got a lot of good young parts. With some good drafting and a couple key FA's they could contend

Isn't 32 an unlikely point total? I mean, how do you get to 32? You've gotta have safeties or 2-point conversions or other unusual stuff.

Unless they award bonus points in the Pro Bowl. Is that it?

Sadly it is so. I thought Freeman was going to be big. Just about time to add his name to the looooong list of failed "Can't Miss" QBs.
