Packers, Lions, Rams all could pursue Reggie Bush

09:28 PM ET 01.28 | Reggie Bush will likely land on a "contender" next season, as he has still too much of an explosive upside to pass up. The Green Bay Packers struggled to get a running back that fit this season and if Bush were to be added to Aaron Rodgers' arsenal, Green Bay becomes even more dangerous. Another landing spot for Bush could be with the St. Louis Rams, who are in need of a flashy playmaker at running back who can complement and even take over for Steven Jackson. Pittsburgh is another option for Bush when he hits the market this offseason, with Detroit, Jacksonville and Arizona all likely giving him a jingle as well. While Bush hasn't taken his game to a consistent level of elite-ness yet, he's still a solid starter which means New England, New York, Chicago and Philadelphia are less likely destinations for the running back.

Packers would make sense but he'll price himself out of their range. Rams really don't make sense not a Fisher type back. Lions could sure use him so doubtful he'll go there

Talking about possible FA moves this from profootballtalk.com

Former No. 1 overall pick JaMarcus Russell ??? widely considered the biggest bust in NFL draft history ??? recently shed weight and is attempting an NFL comeback.

The Jets need a quarterback. Russell was once a quarterback. And the Jets have explored the possibility of adding Russell to their offseason roster.

Replace Sanchez and Tebow with Russell.

I guess the Jets can go from bad to horrible!

Don't look now.... But Reggie Bush is putting together a nice career.

This sentence makes no sense though.

You are definitely right! I can only imagine how both Rodgers and Bush could benefit from each other. Bush could turn up as Faulk in that offense. Packers don't run much so they could always audible Bush as a receiver. Scary!

LMAO! I said the same thing.

As a very athletic Kevin Faulk.

Well, the net weight of the team would remain about the same.

I agree, the Pack could really be a good fit for Reggie. (and vice versa)

Wait for it. This isn't rock bottom in the stupid QB decision department for the Jets. I hear they have a call in to Garo Yepremian.

"Reggie Bush will likely land on a "contender" next season"
Then they indicate possible destinations:

Detroit; St Loius; Jacksonville; & Arizona

What sport are we talking about???

JaMarcus Russell would make a better lineman than QB.

By "pursue" Reggie Bush do they mean they want to sign him? Or do they want to mow him down with a Ford Excursion?

He'd make a better doorstop than a lineman.
