08:02 AM ET 01.29 | Danny Ainge isn't ready to blow up the roster in Boston, where he wants to see if Sunday's win over Miami was an aberration, an emotional response to the loss of Rajon Rondo, or a real indication of how the rest of the Celtics lineup can play. As such, the Celtics president of basketball operations said yesterday he is not in a hurry to bring in another player, either via a trade or free agency, to fill the void. ... "We're not bringing anybody in yet -- we're not rushing into anything," said Ainge. "We like the guys that we have now. (Leandro) Barbosa has only played for the last couple of games, and we have to see more of him. If there's another injury, then we may need to go get someone."

The Cavs will take injured Rondo and Pierce. Move Irving over to shooting guard. They can have Andy and Boobie, and Waiters or Gee

Celts will be better off tanking this season for a high draft pick and then ship off Garnett and Pierce for more picks at the end of the season. That way they can will have high draft picks and cap room to get back on top.

Also they want to keep selling tickets to be profitable this season. That may be the reason Doc keeps saying they will fight on. So it's more of PR move that a basketball rhetoric.

Celts are done! The big three era is over.
