RB Braylon Heard transferring from Nebraska

02:27 PM ET 01.29 | The Nebraska Cornhuskers will be without running back Braylon Heard going forward, as the sophomore is transferring because he wants to be closer to home. The Youngstown (Oh.) native has spent two seasons as a backup for the Huskers. The team is left with Ameer Abduallah and Imani Cross as the only two running backs on the roster with any college carries, and could be in for some depth issues if one of them gets hurt.

This is one area that COC might regret the move to b1g. When in b12, they usually had a pipeline of RB recruits from Texas that wanted to play there. That seems to have dried up based on recruits I have talked to.
