06:25 PM ET 01.29 | The Los Angeles Lakers will get added depth with the return of backup point guard Steve Blake, who on Monday went through his first practice with the team since an abdominal injury. And though it can be considered a small-scale roster addition, Blake's return should provide the Lakers with insurance behind Nash, if anything. He has missed the last 37 games with an abdominal strain and will see limited minutes against the New Orleans Hornets on Tuesday. Blake has season averages of 5.1 points and 3.4 assists in seven games this season but hasn't played under head coach Mike D'Antoni. He last played Nov. 11, a day before D'Antoni was hired to replace Mike Brown. "We'll see how the game goes and obviously he'll get limited minutes and then start working his way back in," D'Antoni told ESPN of Blake. "I've always tried to get him the last 10 years so I'm looking forward to seeing what he can add."
