08:18 AM ET 01.30 | The clock is ticking. We're just a week from National Signing Day and, as usual, there is plenty of drama with schools fighting for recruits. This week's Top 10 list: the biggest battles for top uncommitted recruits. ... 1. Robert Nkemdiche, DL -- Ole Miss vs. Bama vs. LSU vs. Florida: The nation's consensus top recruit is a 278-pounder who looks -- and moves -- like he's 240, says one college coach. ... The Georgia product, who for a while was committed to Clemson, took his official visit to Oxford, Miss., last week with his father, and the Rebels have emerged as the team to beat. As crazy as it might seem, the Rebels have been a factor for Nkemdiche ever since his older brother Denzel (an unheralded recruit back then) committed to play for Ole Miss.

Word is he is going to sign with Ole Miss so the two of them can be on a team that will not win the SEC Championship.
LSU could have used his services as we lost some good defensive ends. Sure Saban put a rush on him but whatever they offered could not sway him away from Ole Miss and his brother.

We offered him a chance to win NCs. His mom didn't want them on opposing teams. Simple enough.

What's your take on Saban's Ft. Worth visit with A'Shawn?

He's starting to sound like a mediawhoore, just giving soundbites that are more vague than telling where he's headed. Sounding more and more like USC.

Who is sounding like a media ****? Saban hates the media and wishes he didn't have to say anything to them, if he could get away with it.

I'm starting to think Texas has a problem with keeping Robinson. Coach wouldn't visit him this late, if there wasn't something to him thinking about Alabama.

After re-reading your post, I can see you did not mean Saban is a mediawhooore. I hear good things about Robinson liking Alabama. But, who knows. Information has been changing hourly this year.

Yeah, when he said he was taking all his officials, he's either wanting free vacations or open to offers. Now, I think its 50/50 to stays committed.

no doubt

Don't blame him for going there, just wish he made up his mind early on so, if needed, a replacement could have been arranged

This will be an interesting All-SEC recruiting auction to watch. Which school comes up with the best offer to his Mother.

Poor ol kitty cats, they've been overated for the last 2 years. Ole Miss should have beat them last year and will this year if they play, haven't checked schedule
