05:31 PM ET 01.30 | Just because the Super Bowl is being played indoors doesn't mean there won't be a lot of activities outdoors for fans. The worst of the weather happens today as a cold front pushes across the state. Most of the rain and storms will occur during the morning with windy conditions for the afternoon and into the evening. Temperatures will turn colder through the afternoon and evening. It will be chilly and dry for Thursday. The rest of the week is quiet, and pleasant with partly to mostly sunny skies and temperatures warming back up to the mid- to upper-60s by Super Bowl Sunday.

They're playing this game in a domed stadium, the personification of the wussing of the NFL. Who gives a hoot what the weather is. It has been removed as a factor in the game.

Or maybe Roger Goofdell is the personification of the wussing of the NFL.

I've gotta say, though, that old trolley cars and the transit systems that maintain and restore them have a lot more class that modern light rail cars. Like the trolleys in San Francisco, most of which came from other cities that were going to scrap them in favor of "the future," these bits of living history say a lot for a city and its people.
