05:27 PM ET 02.01 | Mitch Ross is the guy who admitted to Sports Illustrated that he sold Ray Lewis Deer Antler Spray to help with his torn tricep. Ross owns a supplement company called S.W.A.T.S. and, according to him, was "catfished" by Sports Illustrated into giving information that could hurt a player's reputation. NFL Network's Ian Rapoport first Tweeted that Ross was angry with Sports Illustrated, saying he was misled about the goals of their article and that he feels "catfished," an obvious reference to the weirdness surrounding Notre Dame linebacker Monti Te'o. He also said that the story was completely one-sided and he had no control of over when the story was run.

I don't see how this makes it any weirder. We knew from the get-go that he was duped.

I guess "catfished" is bettered than getting antlered. I'd say Gored but....

Clearly getting sued once just wasn't enough for Mitch

Ray Lewis is a POS, roided up killer. How in the hell he has become a sympathetic figure in this story is beyond me. This Ross character is no doubt a dirtbag, but Ray Ray knew exactly what he buying and he didn't care.

...but Ray was just defending himself against menacing aggressors. Where's your conservative values? If someone in his posse was carrying a gun instead of a knife, and shot said attackers dead, would you be giving them high praise? ;)
