05:37 PM ET 02.01 | Royce White plants to report to the Houston Rockets' NBDL affiliate, the Rio Grande Valley Vipers, and when he does, the Rockets will make arrangements for him to help him with his anxiety disorder. The rookie will bus to games whenever it is possible and fly to games when it is not. The Vipers have seven road games remaining. Although White will not have an independent doctor, he said the Rockets are being more helpful. "They said we're going to hit the reset button ... that mental health disorders need to be accommodated and there needs to be a place for mental health conditions in the NBA," White said.

I will say this for Royce, after both watching and hearing him during an interview PTI's Wilbon & Kornhieser, I came away with this opinion that 1) he is a articulate, thoughtful, intelligent and well rounded person with astute mental health awareness, 2) that he's certainly a lot smarter than about 75% of A-1 wipes that be commenting ignorantly and regularly on this site, 3) that most of the people commenting on this site have no idea of how bright this young man is and in particular, about his illness or affliction if you will.That being said, I won't be surprised in the least bit of the multitude of ignorant posts today concerning Mr. White. Well my guess is he planned this all along and is setting up the league for a huge lawsuit , So I guess yes he probably does have a brain.
