Most guys are only about the money, it's not how much you make it's what you do with what you make, Iverson had a year 5 20 mil contract....he is broke, Shaq had the same contract and used his head wisely not stupidly.
Back to the topic though, not every player is into winning, they just want money to blow it on 10 cars, 11 mil houses they can't afford(due to the taxation) and 20 girlfriends...

Sounds like collusion to me that the 3 heat players took less money to play together. Might have been a little pre-planning on how much each needs to take.
