08:05 AM ET 02.04 | Randy Moss made headlines during Super Bowl week for having decided he was the NFL's greatest receiver, something that didn't sit well with many, particularly after his Super Bowl Sunday. Things got heated on the set of 49ers Postgame Live as Bill Romanowski, Dwight Clark, Dennis Brown and Dave Feldman broke down the play of [Moss]. ... [Romo noted] "Randy Moss alligator armed it, he didn't go up for the ball! He said he was the best receiver in the DAMN world -- ok, you hear me? OH GOD! That's what pisses me off! You're playing in the SUPER BOWL, guys!". Clark added on, "He didn't alligator arm it, he didn't even reach up for it! He watched it sail over his head!".

Time to beat up on Randy, now that Niners lost, last year it was Welker!!!

That bad throw was on Kap. There was nothing Randy could've done to get near that badly overthrown ball. And, Randy did break up a potential INT on another bad Kap pass.

Romanowski was "great"?

February 4, 2013  08:29 AM ET

He really did get the "alligator arms" bro... I saw this.

That's true, but once he realized the ball was over his head he took the rest of the play off, watched the return and let someone else get involved with the tackle.

If you want anyone to call you in the offseason, Randy, leave your number at some vinyl siding places.

On a TD pass Kaepernick threw in the red zone, you could see Moss almost let go of his block too early. He's just lazy.

Moss COULD have been the Greatest WR of all time, but his work ethic is why he's not even close.

Yeah. He was playing in the Superbowl, in what may end up to be the last game of his career, and he doesn't leave everything on the field. Lazy Moss.

Same ol' Moss! You didn't expect him to turn over a new leaf now, didyou?. All the hot air he put out in the week leading up to the Sb not withstanding.

If you put the outcome of a big game on his shoulders, then you are in serious trouble from the get go. The fact he is even on the field at this point of his career is amazing.
