05:52 PM ET 02.04 | The Baltimore Ravens will celebrate their Super Bowl victory with the people of Baltimore in a parade on Tuesday afternoon, Mayor Stephanie Rawlings-Blake said Monday. The event will begin at 10:45 a.m. ET from City Hall, eventually ending at M&T Bank Stadium with a celebration and live entertainment. It's going down rain or shine, so those attending should surely cross their fingers and hope for sun. All parts of the event celebrating the Ravens' second championship in 13 years will be free.
