Dick Jauron, Rams meet

06:30 PM ET 02.04 | The St. Louis Rams search for a defensive coordinator continues and the latest candidate to emerge is former NFL head coach Dick Jauron. Jauron met with the Rams, according to Jason La Canfora of CBS Sports. Jauron, who has nine years of NFL head coaching experience, spent the last two seasons as the defensive coordinator in Cleveland. Despite not getting much help from the offense, the Browns' defense had some success under Jauron. In Jauron's first season in Cleveland, the Browns improved from 13th in points per game allowed to fifth. Cleveland regressed some this season, finishing 19th in the league in scoring defense.
