03:20 PM ET 02.05 | Edmonton Oilers captain Shawn Horcoff is expected to miss an extended period of time due to a broken knuckle sustained in Monday night's overtime loss against the Vancouver Canucks. During the second period, Horcoff was hit in the glove with a shot and was forced to leave the game. He did not return. Following the contest, head coach Ralph Krueger stated that he expected Horcoff to be out for the long-term, which obviously isn't good. This latest development comes less than a week after Horcoff missed two games due to a neck strain. His first game back was against Vancouver and resulted in the broken knuckle.

I had seven removed yesterday. Mostly because I mentioned the short curly hairs that aren't found on your head.
