03:21 PM ET 02.05 | The final count of Mike Leach's lawsuit against Texas Tech University was thrown out on Monday after the judge ruled that the university did not infringe on Leach's due process rights. Leach was fired from Texas Tech after he allegedly mistreated a player with a concussion, and he sued the school after his dismissal. His attorney said that they are considering appealing.

Maybe I should take that back, as being in Pullman Washington, is punishment enough for Leach!!!! :-)
