Cleveland Browns release Frostee Rucker

05:52 PM ET 02.05 | The Cleveland Browns, with an entirely new regime and coaching staff intending to implement a 3-4 base defense, announced on Tuesday that they've released former Bengals defensive end Frostee Rucker. After signing a five-year deal worth $20.5 million with a $5 million signing bonus, Rucker generated a career-high 48 tackles and four quarterback sacks in 2012.
