07:10 PM ET 02.05 | Super Bowl XLVII marked the first time in franchise history that the San Francisco 49ers lost the sport's biggest game, as San Francisco's record now stands at 5-1. The loss isn't sitting well with 49ers starting quarterback Colin Kaepernick, who is already planning his offseason workouts with teammates. According to a Fox News report, Kaepernick is planning on working out with teammates this offseason in Atlanta -- and vows to return the 49ers to the Super Bowl.

Good leadership. Let's see if his teammates follow.

This guy did some job, I can't wait to see him next year, hopefully they play the Giants during the season in NY!

That's a great sign that he's already putting the loss behind him. Gonna work his butt off to make sure that the mistakes they made this year don't repeat. Should be fun to watch next season.

I agree!! I think he might need all the hard work in the off season, as I see the NFC West improving even more next season!!!

302 yards, 1 td, 1 int, 91.7 rating and 67 rush yards with 1 rushing td in the Super Bowl for just his 10th start? Yeah I call that real good. Offense wasn't the reason they lost (Kap led them to 29 points) poor pass D and special teams are at fault.

I don't expect perfection from a young guy, but he was fearless, a team leader and a guy whose got a great future in the league, as games move on in the playoffs the competition get stronger and he took his team on his shoulders and carried them as far as he good, if the Niners had any defense or special teams he might have won the game but thet didn't and he lost! It was a great game and Ravens deserved the victory!
