01:14 PM ET 02.06 | After the ousting of Ken Whisenhunt, the Cardinals went out and hired Bruce Arians as their new head coach, a man who had guided the Indianapolis Colts to the playoffs after head coach Chuck Pagano was diagnosed with leukemia and missed 12 games. Arians has been busy at work already in Arizona, putting together one of the bigger coaching staffs in the NFL. Arians has a staff of 21, including offensive coordinator Harold Goodwin and defensive coordinator Todd Bowles, according to the team's official site.

Arians can have 50 coaches and he still is a bum. Andy Luck made the Colts not this 61 year old fired retread hasbeen never was failure.

Yeah, such a failure being the OC of the 2008 SB champs, and went to another, plus was the OC for a terminally bad Cleveland team that made the playoffs. Was Peyton Manning's first QB coach. Coach of the Year this past season as an interim. Such a failure indeed.

Wow! Mighty harsh for a quality coach and a quality human being. Do you actually know him and are basing your opinion on personal experience or you're just throwing it out there to see who picks up the bait?
