03:25 PM ET 02.06 | Alex Collins is one of the top rated running backs in the country, and was all set to sign on to play for Arkansas on National Signing Day. However, it appears that Collins' mother has confiscated his letter of intent, preventing from making his commitment official. The Ft. Lauderdale native chose Arkansas over nearby Miami, but it would seem that his mother was not happy with his decision.
