Interesting question; at what point can a team bring in so much talent that the kids can't all get playing time and some get upset and leave?
Has Alabama lost any of its recruits in recent years due to this issue?

They photoshopped the thread-topping pic to add three relaxed fingers around the original raised central one.

No, they just forgot the caption: "I have a championship ring for this finger, and this finger, and this finger and this finger".

USC signed only 12 recruits and are listed at having the #13 recruiting class!!! That's friggin unbelievable. Yes they will have a depth problem for the next 2/3 years, but damn I would say that is a pretty good recrecruiting class, under the circumstances!!!

Very few. I have wondered the same thing myself. One thing that I have noticed is that very few, if any, of his players screw up off of the field. I think it has to do with the fact that someone just as good, or better, is in line behind you. Pretty good motivation.

He's trying to remember how many RBs on his roster will never see enough game time to progress as football players past their tenure at Bama. Even though each of them entered college with the potential of progressing their football careers to the next level, there are only so many plays in each game, an optimal number of carries for top backs, and a 4 years of elligibility. Barring the loss (to injury, grades, whathaveyou) of one or more of the top pair each season, some on Bama's roster are going to miss out.
Yeah, at other schools, those back-benched at Bama could start for 3 or even 4 years, but, they fell under the glamour of NCs and the suasion of Lucifer's Vessel. They opted for Bama, and fate and the process relegated them to custodial duties. Think it's unfair? Well, that's life, that's football, folks. If they could, others would acquire "prime beef" and use leftovers to feed the dogs, so to speak, you know that they would do so.

OT, Kiffin can recruit. That may be the primary reason Haden is keeping him on during the NCAA sanctions era, to keep the program stocked with some top talent.
But, "a depth problem for the next 2/3 years" happened this past year when the lack of depth became very obvious. The Trojans had very good skill position players but the line and defensive positions just plain wore out.
It is going to be a challenging time for USC fans for the next 2/3 years, but in the meantime it will be PAYBACK time for ND!!
