Stoutland has a reputation for being a very good recruiter, and the timing makes sense that he would leave right after National Signing Day.

Jeff Stoutland has been a success every where he has been. Truly one the best young offensive line coaches in America. As a Giant fan...I am not happy about him going to PhillY!!!
