04:35 PM ET 02.10 | The Pistons are back in the news again but all for the wrong reasons. Pistons' rookie, Andre Drummond is out for at least 4-6 weeks as he suffers from a stress fracture in his back. The 19-year-old center went up to block a shot against the Los Angeles Lakers, during a game in which the Detroit Pistons lost. However, Drummond's stress fracture is of the fifth lumbar vertebra in his back. Team doctor, Ben Paolucci said it will just be a minor setback and said that Drummond might have another small injury on the other side of his back.

Never understood how some many young athletes wind up with bad backs. Should have learned how to lift weights & know your limits before you head to the gym. Hope the young man has a full recovery & that it does hamper what looks like a bright career.
