04:58 PM ET 02.10 | Aaron Rodgers said this past week that he'd like to stay with the Green Bay Packers at least another eight years, which would equal Brett Favre's 16 year tenure with the team. "I've had eight great years there, the last five as a starter," Rodgers said. "Hopefully I can give them another eight plus years of playing at a high level." He still has two years left on his current contract, and barring something catastrophic, will get another long term contract before his career is over.

First of all he has 2 Years left on his contract, 2nd only a hand full of Quarterbacks have won the Super Bowl at 35 or over, which is 6 years away for Aaron, Roger Staughback was 35, Jim Plunket, 36, John Elway 37, both Johnny Unitas and John Elway were 38, they were the oldest Quarterbacks to win a Super bowl, do the Math!

He's got what it takes to win one or two more SBs if they surround him with the right supporting cast.

Rodgers has a decent shot at getting to the Super Bowl again before he's 35.

I was refering to a Six Year deal rather than an eight year deal and he might be someone who can win after he's 35, before that, the sky is the limit for this guy, he's outstanding, get him a running back or a guy like Reggie Bush and look out America!!!!!! Here Come The Packers!

I don't know. They kind of caught lightning in a bottle that first time for Rodgers and their defense is very suspect. Many holes to fill in an aging D. Finley gone, Driver gone.... Money isn't on them for SB for now.
