05:32 PM ET 02.10 | The Detroit Lions had high expectations entering the 2012 season, but a 4-12 season has left more questions than answers in the Motor City. With a lot of changes coming to the roster this offseason, some think the team is basically rebuilding. However, head coach Jim Schwartz is not one of them. ???I wouldn???t call it rebuilding,??? Schwartz said Thursday. ???There???s been a lot of other words used for it: 'reloading,' whatever you want to call it. But when you say 'rebuilding,' it sounds like you???re starting from the ground up.??? The Lions are in better shape now than when Schwartz took over the team, but there are a lot of hard decisions to make.

Give it another 11 months or so. From what I remember reading Schwartz and his GM weren't getting along too well after the season ended. If next season goes as well as their last season, ti probably will be Schwartz's last.
