05:39 PM ET 02.10 | The Detroit Lions have a lot of needs to address this offseason, but general manager Martin Mayhew says the team's priority is to lock down quarterback Matthew Stafford. The signal caller has gone through injury issues, but is undeniably talented, and is the cornerstone of the Lions franchise. A long term deal would give the team some certainty at the position, as well as soften a roughly $20 million salary cap hit in 2013.

First Fire the Coach then after you hire a new coach find out how he feels about him, I think Stafford has a ton of Potenia but has never had a good coach! But what do I know?
