05:51 PM ET 02.10 | The Buffalo Bills will not make a contract offer to wide receiver Donald Jones, meaning the restricted free agent will be playing elsewhere in 2013. Jones has been with the Bills for the past three seasons, and had 41 receptions for 443 yards and four touchdowns in 2012. Wide receiver was already a position of need for the team, and the loss of Jones makes it even more so. The Bills are likely to address the need in free agency, and will likely look elsewhere at the number eight pick in the draft.

If he's restricted who's going to sign him and give up a draft pick? They will eventually have to release him!
